Replacement of our old gas heater with a new outdoor electrical heat pump cylinder was efficient and tidy. Everything from creating the concrete pad via electrical wiring to the actual cylinder install was done with skill and care. Friendly comms all the way through and they went above and beyond on service, doing little things like replacing our kitchen tap with one we had bought earlier, reinstalling a hose reel in a different spot on the wall, and even moving an outdoor tap to a more convenient location for us.
